Green light for Dartmouth Park House by Amos Goldreich Architecture

Delighted to see our Dartmouth Park House featured in the Ham&High Property this week.

We won planning for a residential scheme in North London, which will include a rear glass extension to improve the use of the existing kitchen, an extension to the existing basement and a new build garden studio.

Our client’s brief was to extend an existing narrow kitchen and build a new garden studio to replace an old, dilapidated garage. They also wished to transform the existing basement, used as a cellar due to height restriction, into a habitable space.
